Each person arriving will pay the $20.00 investment and submit an Idea for the group.
Please bring enough copies for the group. (approx. 25)
Idea Forms available at the door for those thinking on their feet.

One Member
Present to the group their unique business or personal expertise.
Give us something we can walk away with and use via tools.
Lead the room.
Include ideas that the group members can use in their own business’ or lives.
Talk about experiences, success’ and lessons learned.
7:20 – 7:50 am IdeaShare Lottery
All Members
Ideas submitted at registration are pulled randomly.
Present to the group your idea.
See list from above.
Involve the group where possible.
Present the group (handout material) something you have found that you would consider useful to the members of the group.
All Ideas submitted will be distributed to all members in attendance. (IdeaShare binders recommended)

One Member
Nugget Report
From the IdeaShare Library, present a book you have signed out and read.
If the book is from ‘outside’ the library, a copy will be left for use.
Share the premise of the book and the nuggets you have highlighted.
Explain how the book will help others in the group.
Involve the group in a quick discussion.
Premise of the Library:
When a book is signed out, it is to be returned with more in it than when borrowed.
As the book is read, please look for useful nuggets and ideas.
Using sticky notes, mark these nuggets.
If the book has existing notes, add more.
As more people sign out the book, reading it becomes easier and faster.

All members of the group are encouraged to use and utilize the IdeaShare Yahoo Groups web-site for all communications, notices and posting of upcoming presentations.

All members of IdeaShare Niagara are seen as leaders within their field of business or discipline.
Mentorship relationships outside the group are encouraged, as to access particular knowledge or expertise in certain areas.
Mentor relationships can take any form (one-on-one, group) and are presently not a structured part of the meeting design.
Mentor feedback and success stories are encouraged to be shared within the group.
Guest Speakers
Randomly a ‘guest speaker’ or ‘creativity session’ will be considered.

Each Breakfast Meeting: $20.00
($10 Room Rental/Breakfast, $1.00 Tip, $9.00 Yearly Event)
Procedure for New Members / Guests
Guests are invited by existing members.
Existing members are able to pre-qualify guests and new members.
New members will be selected based primarily on “what they will bring to the Mastermind of the group”.
Requested to Present to the Group a Bio Sheet including:
1. Who are they?
2. What do they do?
3. What they are looking for from the group.
4. What they will bring to the group.
